There are few words to describe how beautiful Springtime in the Keukenhof Gardens is! Neither of us are necessarily ¨garden¨ people. Although we enjoy looking at flowers, it is not necessarily something we know a lot about or seek out when we travel. But to our surprise, the Keukenhof Gardens are in a whole new league and impossible not to love. When we stepped into the park, the aroma of the variety of flowers immediately overwhelmed our senses. As we meandered through the paths, it was a feast for the eyes - each section featured a different arrangement or combination of vibrant colors. In addition to the gardens, we spent about two hours biking through the sand dunes and tulip fields in the surrounding countryside. We will let the pictures speak for themselves!
